About the role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic VP; Commercial Insurance Program Manager Claim Business Consultant for Third Party Administered Program Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement claim administration strategies
  • Serve as an arbitrator for customers and all stakeholders
  • Lead initiatives to enhance claims processes
  • Collaborate with TPAs and customers to implement service plans
  • Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 15 years of claims leadership or management experience
  • Expertise in program and TPA claim management/oversight
  • Experienced in data analysis
  • MS Suite; RMIS Tools, etc.
