About the role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic VP; Commercial Insurance Program Manager Claim Business Consultant for Third Party Administered Program Accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement claim administration strategies
- Serve as an arbitrator for customers and all stakeholders
- Lead initiatives to enhance claims processes
- Collaborate with TPAs and customers to implement service plans
- Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 15 years of claims leadership or management experience
- Expertise in program and TPA claim management/oversight
- Experienced in data analysis
- MS Suite; RMIS Tools, etc.
